After selling Buddy Dive Resort in 2002, owned by her parents Joop and Yvonne Rauwers, Debby dreamed of starting a small, luxurious guesthouse in Spain. Unfortunately her search to start there did not succeed and she ended up in Holland and started her own company, organising Events. Although this company is successful, she felt even stronger attached to Bonaire, a beautiful and unspoiled Island in the Caribbean where she lived almost all of her live.
Getting the chance to renovate her parent's (already beautiful!) house into a small, intimate and luxury guesthouse is really a dream to come true!

Marco runs a company related to tourism and sport events and was used to travel around the world. Coming to Bonaire the first time in 2004, he immediately fell in love with the Island and returned many times. Getting to know the Island and the people more an more he got even more enthusiastic about the plans and he decided to fully support the set up and running of this special and unique place in Bonaire. A second home.
Raschka will be your "hostess" at La Pura Vista.
Debby and Raschka went to school together in Bonaire and both decided to study at the Hotel school in Holland. After a few years they got the chance to work together as a formidable management team at Buddy Dive Resort on Bonaire. Marco and Debby are delighted that Raschka agreed to take care of the day-to-day management of La Pura Vista when it opens, safe in the knowledge that all the guests will receive exceptional care.
Asinta is born and raised on the beautyful island of Bonaire. She is the 6th child out of 13. She finished secondary school specializing in cleaning, crafting, sewing and kitchen assistance. Asinta worked most of her life cleaning private homes and some years as a kitchen assistant.
She takes care of cleaning the villa, but as well of cleaning your room, suite or studio. With Asinta you'll be assured of a clean, cosy and well equiped luxury place to stay! We are very happy, she joins our La Pura Vista team!
